About Us

Stellar Stories Insurance Solutions was founded in 2018 by husband and wife team Cerrina and Aaron Jensen. Originally, our focus was as a compliment to Cerrina’s thriving employee benefits practice, focused on process management and communication support services. In 2023, Aaron officially hung up his hard hat after a long and successful career in the construction industry, most recently as an award-winning residential construction manager for Lennar Corporation, to join Cerrina in expanding Stellar Stories.

Both Aaron and Cerrina believe in putting our clients’ needs first and foremost. Aaron manages our expanded services including Medicare, Life and Disability Insurance, and In Home Care solutions. Cerrina remains focused on group programs and employee benefits, and partners with SolV Independent Insurance Associates to deliver high-performing programs across the country, for employers and plan sponsors ranging from 10 to 2000 employees.

About Aaron

Aaron is a construction industry veteran who retired from Lennar Corp in early 2024. He’s personally supervised the entire process of residential home builds and was named Team Builder of the Year in 2022. He has set the tile in thousands of homes throughout Northern California, and managed both install teams and ran the safety department for Arrow Tile.

He hung up his hard hat to join Cerrina in expanding the services provided by Stellar Stories Insurance Solutions and together they are working on their impact and legacy by delivering best in class hands on customer support, guidance and service.

Aaron’s diverse background in the construction and home improvement sector, alongside his natural passion for delivering a stellar customer experience, lend well to his new role as a consumer healthcare advocate. He’s a master troubleshooter with a knack for creating win-win solutions that identify and address potential issues proactively.

About Cerrina

Cerrina is a nationally recognized award winning leader with over 25 years experience in the insurance industry. She started her career as a clerical assistant at CalFarm, which was acquired by Nationwide in 1999. From there, Cerrina transferred from the P&C claims department to the Farm Bureau Members Health program where she began to create her personal brand as a can-do leader and innovator.

After Nationwide left the CA market, laying off Cerrina and 180 colleagues, she joined a broker’s team as an account service representative, later becoming a broker herself in 2010. Concurrently, she assumed leadership roles within her professional association, volunteering to lead local and national teams to success.

Cerrina is a co-founder of the Ellevate Foundation, a non-profit dedicated to nurturing and facilitating female leadership in the insurance industry and beyond. As part of its efforts, Ellevate organizes an annual Women’s Leadership Summit in March, bringing together around 200 women from across the country to equip and empower them both professionally and in their communities.
